DANIELLE

Hi, I’m Danielle — a NASM-certified personal trainer, lifelong athlete, and passionate advocate for strong, confident girls in sports. As a former competitive soccer player, I learned early how powerful sports can be in shaping who you are — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Over the years, I’ve also seen how strength training and lifting weights can prevent injuries and help athletes reach that next level. Since 2013, I’ve coached everything from kickboxing to strength and conditioning, always with a focus on helping my clients build real strength from the inside out.

At Easy Peasy, we’re creating more than just workouts — it’s a community where young female athletes feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Hi, I’m Sam — a nurse, project manager, and mom of two. I grew up playing just about every sport and had the amazing experience of competing at the collegiate level alongside my two sisters. My time playing, as well as coaching, showed me how powerful sports can be in building confidence, which inspired me to create something better for my own daughter — and now for girls everywhere. Easy Peasy is all about intentional, sport-specific training that builds strength, resilience, and injury prevention, helping girls perform at a high level while staying healthy and confident. More importantly, it’s about raising girls who lead with character, support each other, and grow into strong young women who know their worth beyond the game.
